New Bruce Fund Provides Loans For Businesses

Bruce Community Futures Development Corporation launches new Regional Relief and Recovery Fund to support the local economy.

The Bruce Community Futures Development Corporation has launched a Regional Relief and Recovery Fund to support the local economy.

Businesses in the area that are unable to access existing federal relief measures can now apply for funding under new the initiative.

A media release from the Bruce brach says In order to provide targeted assistance to small towns and communities it will focus on assisting "main street" businesses, like retail shops, restaurants, corner stores, and businesses of strategic importance to the communitiy with loans up to $40,000.
