The Municipality of Kincardine will get a very special visit next Tuesday, January 16th. .
The Honourable Elizabeth Dowdeswell, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, will be making an official visit to Stoney Island Conservation Area in Kincardine.
The Lieutenant Governor is expected to meet with local students at the Davidson Centre before leaving for Stoney Island Conservation Area where she will attend the opening of the Canada 150 Trail.
Lieutenant Governor Dowdeswell will then meet Mayor Anne Eadie and Municipal leaders in the afternoon.
The trail opening gets under way at 11:30am.
