Wasaga Beach council is making it easier for restaurants to keep business going through the summer.
At a special council meeting this morning, councillors approved a program to allow for temporary expansion of restaurant patios.
The town will not charge any fees for review of the expansion proposals and other measures are being waived for faster approval of the plans.
The Ontario government announced restaurants will be allowed to open outdoor patios starting tomorrow as part of phase two of the re-opening plan.
