Devonleigh Homes has a pair of projects in the community of Markdale
The developments, known as “Centre Point South” & ” Centre Point North “, are designed to create a community that blends rural and urban appeal for families or empty-nesters.
Centre Point South, Devonleigh’s first community in Markdale, will feature a mix of two storey Towns and Single Detached Homes.
Devonleigh Homes Owner & President Andrew Kidd is excited about the developments and relates the building activity has also generated significant excitement in Markdale and area.
Kidd says he was encouraged to inspect Markdale as a location by former Grey Highlands CAO Rob Adams who is a native of Orangeville where Devonleigh’s Home Office is located.
Upon inspection, Kidd says two parcels of land were purchased and the housing units began construction
According to Kidd, it’s been more than 2 decades since there was a housing development in Markdale and he believes the timing for the Centre Point projects is perfect.
Recently, Andrew Kidd, the owner & President of Devonleigh Homes joined Brandon Vanderschot on Home Base on 560 CFOS to outline and update the project at Markdale.
