Zero new Covid cases and three recoveries were reported by the Grey Bruce Health Unit on Friday.
The active known case load in the region fell to 11, as recoveries outpaced new infections. The health unit also disclosed a previously confirmed case as a false positive.
Public Health says there are no outbreaks at any retirement homes, schools or childcare centres in Grey Bruce. Brucelea Haven long-term care home in Walkerton remains in outbreak status.
On vaccination progress: 13,609 doses have been administered in the region to date.
Two deaths have been attributed to Covid in Grey Bruce since the start of the pandemic.
The testing and case counts data released by the health unit on Friday is reflective of a 24-hour period prior to 11:59 p.m. Thursday.
