Two restaurants in Owen Sound have voluntarily closed as a result of three Covid cases being confirmed in staff.
The Grey Bruce Health Unit says the workplace outbreaks at the restaurants are located at 925 10th Street East and 1595 16th Street East. The locations will remain closed until the team members can return.
Bayshore Broadcasting News received word from sources earlier Friday two Tim Hortons locations in Owen Sound were closed.
The Health Unit says they have assessed the situation and determined there is no risk to residents and patrons.
Public Health says it will identify any close contacts, and reach out to anyone within the first 24 hours of the investigation.
If you are not reached out to, the health unit says you are not deemed a risk and do not need to take any additional steps.
