The Township of Georgian Bluffs is teaming up with Grey Bruce OPP for additional speed and traffic enforcement.
As a result of a meeting held on June 9, the Committee of the While approved the funding for two additional weekends of dedicated speed and traffic enforcement measures by law enforcement, which will be held throughout the summer.
The patrols will be dedicated to the region of Georgian Bluffs and tailored to identified speeding and other traffic related offence areas of concern.
The OPP will be funded through grants, leaving no impact on local taxation.
