If you haven’t had a Covid vaccination yet or you’re looking for your second shot, the Grey Bruce Health Unit is planning another drive-through clinic on Friday, July 16th in Saugeen Shores.
Mayor Luke Charbonneau says this clinic will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Nuclear Innovation Institute building (former police station) in The Plex parking lot in Port Elgin.
Charbonneau says it’s simple: just show up and get vaccinated. No appointment is necessary and vaccines will be available for anyone over 12 years of age.
It was on July 9th that the first drive-through clinic was held in the same spot and over 500-people took advantage.
The Mayor says , “We still have more work to do, especially with the Delta variant circulating in our area. I encourage everyone in the community to come out this Friday and get their first or second dose.”
