Arran Elderslie recently received money from senior levels of government that will benefit a couple of projects in Paisley.
According to a recent release, the money comes from the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program.
Just over $242,000 of the combined federal and provincial funding will be used for an accessible lift at the Paisley Town Hall as well as Paisley Community Centre Community Hub for necessary improvements to the second floor of the Centre.
The plan is to re-locate the Paisley Public Library to the renovated space.
