Saugeen Shores Police say they have laid several charges against a Bruce County man, including the theft of ammunition.
On Oct. 20, police say a 27-year-old Bruce County man was arrested and charged with several weapon related offences, including the unlawful possession of .308 calibre ammunition, and also breaching court orders.
Upon further investigation, police note it was revealed the ammunition was stolen.
Later on Oct. 25, Saugeen Shore Police say they arrested the man for being in possession of stolen property, and a search found a quantity of suspected methamphetamine and a foldable knife which the release order forbids the accused from having.
The accused is facing possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, possession of meth, failing to comply with a release order, and failing to comply with a probation order.
The accused was held for a bail hearing and remanded into custody.
