This year’s Big Brothers Big Sisters Grey Bruce (BBBSGB) Coins 4 Kids Sake Fundraiser has collected over $3,700.
This year participants were able to collect donations in two different ways, either asking their family and friends through an online form, and by bringing one of BBBSGB’s Halloween cans while they were out trick or treating.
BBBSGB is congratulating their first place winner, Pagan, who was able to raise over $1,000, with Tess coming in second, and Trinity in third.
A notice from BBBSGB says their fundraising efforts were not limited to children in the community, but local businesses too part as well for the second year, as Frog Pond Cafe collected the most funds.
“A little change adds up and will make a big difference for our mentoring programs! Thank you,” says the notice.
