South Bruce OPP say a pedestrian has been taken to hospital following a Kincardine collision.
Police say on Dec. 14 around 11:30 a.m., officers received word of a crash involving a pedestrian at the intersection of Queen Street and Broadway Street in Kincardine.
Officers were joined by members of Bruce County EMS at the scene.
Police say the pedestrian was taken to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
OPP say as a result, the 78-year-old driver from Huron Kinloss Township is facing a failing to yield to a pedestrian charge.
