Grey Bruce OPP say charges have been laid against a Southgate resident following a two-vehicle collision in Grey Highlands.
Police say on Dec. 16 around 3:40 p.m., the OPP were joined by the Dundalk Fire Department and Grey County EMS to a report of a crash between a pickup truck and a buggy on Grey Road 2.
Police say later on Dec. 29, the OPP arrested and charged the 41-year-old accused with three counts of dangerous operation causing bodily harm.
The accused was released from custody and is set to appear in court on March 17.
