Grey Bruce OPP say a Mono Township resident is facing break and enter charges following an incident in Grey Highlands.
On Jan. 6 around 2:30 a.m., OPP say they responded to a report of a break and enter in progress at an undisclosed residence in Grey Highlands.
Police say officers arrived on the scene and were able to locate the suspect a short distance away.
As a result, OPP say the 31-year-old accused is facing break and entering a home with intent to commit indictable offence, personation with intent to avoid arrest, prosecution, or obstruct justice, and possession of break-in instruments.
Police say the accused was released and has been given a court date for Owen Sound in February.
