South Bruce OPP say a Kincardine resident is facing mischief charges following a break and enter in Ripley.
Police say on May 4 at 8:53 a.m., officers received a report of a break and enter in progress at a property along Park Street.
Police say officers arrived on the scene and took an individual into custody without incident.
As a result, police say a 29-year-old Kincardine resident has been charged with mischief.
The accused will be appearing in court in Walkerton.
Police did not provide the name of the accused.
