Grey Bruce OPP say a driver has been charged following a fatal collision in Georgian Bluffs.
Police say on July 18 around 5:12 p.m., the OPP, Inter Township Fire department, and Grey County EMS responded to a report of a two vehicle collision involving a motorcycle on highway 6-21 in Georgian Bluffs.
OPP say the driver of the motorcycle was pronounced deceased after lifesaving efforts were unsuccessful. The deceased has been identified as 56-year-old Jim Ring from South Bruce Peninsula.
Police say the accused, a 51-year-old from South Bruce Peninsula, has been charged with careless driving causing death.
The accused is set to appear in court in Owen Sound at a later date.
