Grey Bruce OPP have charged a 45-year-old man with mischief after they received reports of a suspicious person in Meaford.
Police were called just before 9 o’clock on Friday morning.
OPP were called to a residence on Nelson Street West in Meaford after a person had entered an apartment and activated the sprinkler system.
The accused was also charged with failure to comply with a probation order. They were arrested at the scene but have since been released and will appear in court in Owen Sound at a later date.
