Hanover Police say a rollover crash has resulted in multiple charges being laid.
Police say around 1:40 a.m. on Sept. 2, Police patrolling a residential neighbourhood spotted a black Ford pick-up truck driving in a suspicious manner in the 400 block of 12th Avenue in Hanover.
Police say they followed the truck northbound on Grey Road 10 and attempted to perform a traffic stop of Bruce Road 22. When their emergency lights were activated, however, he truck sped off quickly down Marl Lake Road and out of sight.
Police adds moments later, they were able to locate the truck upside down on Marl Lake Road with the uninjured driver attempting to flee on foot.
As a result, police say the 39-year-old man was arrested without incident and faces numerous charges including, flight from police, dangerous operation, failing to comply with probation, operation while prohibited, and driving while under suspension.
Police say the accused has been released from custody with condition and is set to appear in court in Walkerton in October.
