The South Bruce Grey Health Centre says they need to close the emergency department at the Chesley Hospital over the next several days.
The emergency department will be closed starting at 5 pm Thursday until 7 am on Tuesday, September 27th.
The Chesley emergency department will also see extended overnight closures past the 27th.
The closures are due to staffing shortages.
Officials say that ambulance by-pass will continue to ensure patients will be taken to the nearest open emergency department.
