Grey Bruce OPP say a Southgate resident is facing multiple charges following an occurrence in the township.
Police say on Sept. 28 around 3:15 p.m., officers responded to an incident on Grey Road 9, which resulted in its closure for a period of time.
The same day at 4:45 p.m., OPP say an individual was taken into custody in relation to the investigation.
As a result, police say the 27-year-old accused was charged with assault with a weapon, uttering threats and dangerous operation.
OPP say the accused was released and is set to appear in court in Owen Sound in November.
