Grey Bruce OPP say a Grey Highlands resident is facing numerous charges following a break and enter.
Police say on Nov. 8, the OPP responded to a property on Grey Road 2, where they located the involved individual and placed them under arrest.
OPP say in a following search, they found offence related property, including a black BB gun, ammunition, and a quantity of suspected substances with a combined street value of about $5,980.
Police say as a result, the 25-year-old accused has been charged with possession of weapon for a dangerous purpose, possession of break in instruments, two counts of possession of a substance for the purpose of trafficking, careless storage of a firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition, possession of a prohibited device or ammunition, occupant of motor vehicle knowing there was a prohibited device or ammunition, and possession of a substance.
OPP say the accused was released and is set to appear in court in Owen Sound at a later date.
