The MS Chi-Cheemaun’s annual repositioning cruise is set to go on May 4th.
The Owen Sound Transportation Company (OSTC) says the cruise from Owen Sound to Tobermory is a passengers-only trip and has been operating for decades.
The OSTC says it’s a popular four and half hour voyage and includes a buffet lunch and live entertainment. They say their ‘Boatique’ is also fully stocked with Chi-Cheemaun merchandise.
There will be buses in Tobermory to bring passengers back to Owen Sound.
The cruise is scheduled to depart the Owen Sound harbour at 12 p.m. with boarding at 11 a.m. and arrival in Tobermory at 4:30 p.m.
Ticket prices have been fixed at $75 for adults and $45 for children under 12 and can be purchased by emailing info@ontarioferries.com or calling our toll-free reservations number at 1-800-265-3163.
The Owen Sound Transportation Company says on its website, “The OSTC looks forward to another sold-out spring cruise, and it suggests you book early to be one of the 400 (maximum) passengers that it will proudly be taking to our seasonal terminal at Tobermory.”
They say tickets sell out quickly.
