Owen Sound is seeing the return of live music this summer.
The city says the TD Harbour Nights Concert Series is starting June 18 with The Rob Elder Trio at the Owen Sound Visitor Centre at 7 p.m.
This annual free live concert series runs Sunday evenings from June 18 to Aug. 20. New to this summer, however, several Harbour Nights dates include two shows per day, with one at 4 p.m. and the other at 7 p.m.
Music at the Market, another live free music series will be held throughout July and August at the Owen Sound Farmer’s Market in the River District on Thursdays and Fridays. The Thursday shows begin at 5 p.m., and the Friday shows are held at noon. This year is also now offering a cash bar on Thursday shows.
While free to attend, donations to support community initiatives will be collected on-site.
