Hanover Police say they have arrested a person already in jail.
Police Chief Christopher Knoll says on social media, Hanover police officers attended the Maplehurst Correctional Centre in Milton Thursday and arrested a 34-year-old Mount Forest man for two counts of theft under $5,000, two counts of mischief under $5,000 and two counts of breach of probation.
Knoll says, he was later returned to his jail cell, where he remains held on other charges.
Back on July 4th, Hanover police posted on social media they had solved several thefts and were obtaining warrants for a suspect (the 34 year old Mount Forest man).
They noted cameras in the community were helpful in identifying the suspect.
