The Owen Sound North Stars’ three-game winning streak ended with a loss in Orangeville.
The Northmen topped the North Stars 19-10 in Ontario Junior B Lacrosse action Wednesday evening at Alder Street Recreation Centre.
Marcello Carreiro led Orangeville (17-1) with five goals and six assists.
Sly Sundown scored three for the North Stars (8-10), while Carter Moran, Tyler Morrison and 28 Everest L’Homme Wickens each had a pair.
Next up for the North Stars is back-to-back home games at Durham Community Centre Saturday and Sunday against London Blue Devils (9-8-1) and Cambridge Highlanders (11-5-1). Both weekend games start at 4 p.m.
