1. Say Nice Things to Strangers – A little kindness goes a long way! It’s proven that this boosts your own mental health as well as that of those receiving the compliment.
2. If You Cook, You Don’t Clean – Should be a rule in every household. Whomever does the cooking does NOT have to clean it up.
3. Nap Without Guilt – It’s a part of self-care. If you’re tired and can, sleep. Go to bed early.
4. Book the Earliest Flight – You’re less likely to be delayed and more likely to be able to sleep on your flight as it will likely be quieter.
5. Start the Day Slow – Set the alarm early enough that you can comfortably start the day without rushing.
6. Pajamas – If you get home and have no plan of going back out. Put on your comfies!
7. Take a Social Media Detox – Delete unused apps. Put your phone down, go for a walk! Leave it at home if you can.
