Provincial Police have charged a driver with a Highway Traffic Act offence after a collision in Southgate.
Grey Bruce OPP responded to a two-vehicle collision between a pickup truck and car at the intersection of Southgate Road 24 and Southgate Sideroad 75 — north of Dundalk — around noon on Tuesday.
One person suffered injuries police describe as “non-life-threatening.”
Now, Grey Bruce OPP have charged a 58-year-old Waterdown resident under the Highway Traffic Act with careless driving causing bodily harm.
