The OPP say a heavy police presence in the Howdenvale area yesterday evening related to an investigation into a break and enter.
Grey Bruce OPP posted on social media just prior to 1 a.m. early this morning to say regular patrols are resuming in the Howdenvale area after the active police response to a break-and-enter incident on Tuesday.
“Initial investigation suggests that there is no threat to public safety, however, residents in the area are encouraged to stay vigilant,” the OPP say in a post.
The OPP are encouraging anyone in that area who notices anything suspicious to contact them.
