A Bruce County man is facing several property related charges by Saugeen Shores Police.
Police say on July 29, a patrol officer arrested a 31-year-old man who was seen riding a white mountain bike, which was reported stolen the day prior from a home in Southampton.
An investigation revealed the same man had broken into the same residence on June 2, where police say he stole another mountain bike.
As a result, the accused is facing possession of property obtained by crime and two counts of break and enter charges.
The accused is already before the courts on other property related charges stemming from Saugeen Shores and other areas.
The man was held for a bail hearing where he was remanded into custody.
