Grey Bruce OPP say they have identified the driver pronounced deceased in the fatal single vehicle crash in Chatsworth, as 29-year-old Brock Motheral of Ingersoll.
According to police, on Sept. 27 around 9:15 p.m., the Grey Bruce OPP, along with Grey County EMS and Chatsworth Fire Department responded to the crash on Highway 6 near Moto Park Road.
The driver was brought to hospital where they were pronounced deceased.
Police say the OPP West Region Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement Team is helping with the investigation.
