South Bruce OPP say they’re investigating after a collision in Kincardine earlier this week when one of the involved vehicles fled the scene.
Police say the incident happened around noon on Monday on Bruce County Road 23.
According to police, a burgundy Dodge pick-up truck had skidded along the road and crashed into a vehicle travelling the opposite direction, causing significant damage.
The pick-up found itself in the ditch before taking off south on the road.
A third vehicle was also involved in the incident, but was able to avoid a full on collision, although police say the pick-up hit the third vehicle’s reflector causing minor damage.
Police say the pick-up is believed to have received significant damage to the driver’s side.
Investigators are looking for tips to help identify the driver of that truck.
No injuries from the incident were reported.
