Grey Bruce OPP says a charge has been laid following a report of an unwanted person in a residence in Meaford.
Police say on March 22 around 2:45 p.m., officers responded to the report on Nelson Street West.
Police say when they arrived on the scene and located the accused inside a residence, the suspect was placed under arrest without incident.
OPP say they charged the 45-year-old male of Meaford with unlawfully being in a house.
Police say the accused was released and will appear in court in Owen Sound at a later date.
