Neighbourwoods North is getting ready to excavate the Healing Path at Owen Sound Hospital.
The group has hired Jeff Fries, who will excavate the pathway around the helipad in August, and then lay down gravel and crushed stone.
The chair for NWN, Lloyd Lewis, says that it’s important for everyone, from patients to staff to visitors, to be able to enjoy the outdoor space.
He says that the benefits to enjoying the outdoors are well-documented, and something that is encouraged by Neighbourwoods North strongly encourages.
