Organizers of the third annual South Bruce County Classic Car Tour are deeming the event a success.
The fundraising event for Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce saw more than 70 cars on display at the Paisley Palace Park on Sunday. Just over $700 was raised.
In addition to the show in Paisley, the event also featured a tour around parts of Bruce County including Sauble Beach, Kincardine, Chesley and Port Elgin.
Two more similar classic car events are being planned over the next few months by Crime Stoppers Grey Bruce.
On Sunday July 31, the third annual Bruce Peninsula Run will see classic car owners trek from Sauble Beach to Lion’s Head, and then back to the Wiarton Keppel International Airport for an afternoon display of their vehicles.
Then on Sept. 25, the Classic Car Cavalcade of Colour will tour the back roads of Keppel and culminate in a car show at the Grey Roots Museum.
