South Bruce OPP say two motorists are facing stunt driving charges.
Police say on Aug. 1 at 12:38 p.m., an OPP officer on patrol along Highway 21 in Huron Township noticed a vehicle moving quickly. The vehicle’s speed clocked in at more than 160 kilometres an hour in an 80 zone.
A 22-year-old resident of Peel Region was charged as a result.
Police say later on Aug. 3 at 3:42 p.m., an officer on patrol along Concession 6 in Bruce Township noticed a vehicle moving quickly. The vehicle’s speed was clocked in at over 100 kilometres an hour in an 50 zone.
A 32-year-old from Owen Sound was charged as a result.
OPP say the charges include an immediate 30-day diver’s license suspension and a 14-day vehicle impoundment.
