Kincardine council received a couple of updates on infrastructure projects at its meeting Monday.
For the work on Bruce Road 15 in Inverhuron, the paving for the road is expected to be completed by late fall of this year with surface paving.
Concession 10 paving is almost done now that the paving is complete.
All that the work needs at this point is for shoulder gravel to be put down.
The purpose of the update is because of a policy that requires a quarterly update to Council on contract awards, renewals, and amendments valued at $50,000 or higher that were undertaken since the previous report.
Part of the policy also says that staff gives regular reports on the status of contracts valued at $1,000,000 or higher.
