The City of Owen Sound says there’s a delay in the closure of the Leaf and Yard Waste Composting Facility.
The delay is because of a failure of the contractor’s equipment late last week.
Because wood grinding has not been put on hold, the facility will be open for regular business hours for October 31st, until 8:30 tonight.
The composting facility is now expected to be closed later this week.
