The Bruce County Spark Program was able to award three finalists with grants.
On Wednesday night, the three finalists made winning pitches for new, innovative ideas at the fourth annual Bruce County Spark Program.
Each receives a $3000 grant and a tourism mentorship to help them develop their ideas.
In addition to a source of funds and mentorship, winners gain access to a network of tourism innovators, entrepreneurs, and leaders, and additional partner support and resources.
This year’s winners are:
- Amy Caperchione, iSUP Saugeen (Wellness Events, Water Safety Education, & Mobile Surf Shop Services) – Saugeen Shores
- Ian Shawn Nadjiwon, Nanabush Apiaries (Anishnawbemowin Tours of the Apiary & Honey Bee Forage Area) – Neyaashiinigmiing
- Wendy Chen (Local Bruce County Tours for Chinese Community) – Wiarton
