Owen Sound Fire has extinguished a small blaze at an east side storage building.
Fire Chief Phil Eagleson says they received word of the fire at 3095 9th Avenue East on Dec. 21 at 2:17 p.m. after an air compressor servicing the building caught fire.
Eagleson says firefighters were able to quickly contain the blaze to the piece of equipment, minimizing the damage.
He says the cause of the blaze came from a mechanical failure.
Eagleson says there were no injuries and was not able to provide a damage cost estimate.
