Approximately 220 Westario Power customers across the region continue to experience unplanned outages due to winter storms.
Crews are actively working to restore power in Port Elgin and Southampton – approx. 180 customers in Port Elgin have had their power restored while customers in Mildmay and Neustadt have also been restored.
Roads to Teeswater, Wingham, and Kincardine are impassable, so Westario will be monitoring conditions until they are able to dispatch crews.
