The Town of Saugeen Shores is recruiting volunteer firefighters to begin training in 2023.
The town posted on Twitter on Dec. 28 it has 10 open spots for Port Elgin and Southampton stations.
Those interested in applying must be at least 18-years-old and live in Saugeen Shores.
Such duties include fighting fires, salvage, rescue work, and first aid.
The application deadline is Jan. 9 at 4:30 p.m.
