Two people are facing charges following a collision in Meaford.
Grey Bruce OPP was called to a vehicle in the ditch early Thursday morning along Sideroad 25.
Officers noticed signs of impairment from the driver, who was then arrested and taken to the local OPP detachment for testing.
A second occupant of the vehicle was also placed under arrest during a police investigation.
The 39-year-old driver is now facing charges of operating while impaired, driving without a licence, and driving with liquor readily available.
His passenger, a 39-year-old Meaford woman, is now facing charges of personation with intent to avoid arrest.
Both are scheduled to appear in Owen Sound at a later date.
