With new cases of COVID-19 continuing to climb around the province, local cases are no different.
Grey Bruce Health Unit reported 6 new cases at last update.
There are two in Kincardine and Grey Highlands each and one each in Arran-Elderslie and North Bruce Peninsula.
Officials say there are 211 cases to date and 23 active.
They also say there have been 175 recoveries and 13 cases referred to other health units.
One of the new cases of COVID-19 is at a school in the Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula.
Officials with the Grey Bruce Health Unit say they’re working with Bluewater District School Board to address that case.
They say their assessment to date shows the transmission didn’t take place within the school itself.
