Reservations for the 2024 camping season in Owen Sound are opening next month.
The city says the official start to the 2024 camping season at the Harrison Park Campground will start May 10 and run to Oct. 7.
Those looking to get ahead of the crowds will be able to book their camping site starting March 1 at 9 a.m. Reservations and payment will need to be made online and are booked on a first-come basis.
For people who want to camp in style, the Heritage Cabin can be booked again this year, which was renovated last year and can be booked for a week or up to a minimum of three nights. It can be booked over the phone by calling 519-371-9734 starting March 1 at 9 a.m.
The city says while registrations for the Kelso campground are not yet available, updates will be made.
