Grey Bruce OPP say they are currently on scene at a serious multi vehicle collision on Grey Road 14 in the Township of Southgate.
They say it happened just after 1 this afternoon and involves six vehicles, including a snow plow.
OPP say a pedestrian was struck during the incident and has sustained serious, life threatening injuries and will be airlifted to a local trauma centre.
Grey Road 14 remains closed in both directions between Southgate Road 3 and Highway 89. Emergency crews are actively responding, and drivers are urged to avoid the area.
OPP say additional updates will be provided as they become available.
