If you’re considering running in this October’s municipal and school board election, there’s an information meeting Wednesday for you.
Prospective candidates and third-party advertisers are encouraged to attend the meeting with the experts on how to do it at Grey County council chambers from 6 to 9 Wednesday night.
It will be held at Grey County Council Chambers, 595 9th Avenue East, Owen Sound.
City of Owen Sound Clerk Brianna Bloomfield explains, “There will be presenters from the ministry of municipal affairs and housing, Grey County and Clerks On Call who are election and legislative procedure experts.”

Clerks on Call, Michelle Casavecchia-Somers and Michelle Smibert – 6:00 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.
Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, Payton Ebel and Sebastian Haley – 7:45 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Grey County, Randy Scherzer and Tara Warder (Clerk) – 8:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
