Eight new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed by the Grey Bruce Health Unit on Saturday.
Residents of West Grey, Owen Sound, Hanover and South Bruce all tested positive.
The active case load across the region is 111.
Officials also say four people are in hospital with the virus while the number of virus related deaths to date stands at 5.
Meanwhile, Notre Dame School and Queen of Hearts Childcare Centre both report outbreaks.
Almost 54,000 vaccines have been given out across Grey Bruce so far with over 7,500 over the past 7 days.
