The Grey Bruce Health Unit is looking for the owner of a dog following a scratching incident in Eugenia.
Occurring near Hoggs Fall on the Bruce Trail, on May 13 around 6 p.m., a man was scratched by a large black/brown dog that was off its leash. The man was scratched while breaking up a fight between his own canine and the dog.
Health Unit staff need to confirm with the owner the dog is not infected with rabies so the man can avoid receiving any rabies treatment.
