Opening Ceremonies at 8:45am, first presentation to start at 9am. Get ready for a day filled with inspiration, connection, and wellness! In partnership with the Sauble Beach Family Health Team, and Bruce Peninsula Hospice, the Town of South Bruce Peninsula is thrilled to host a Healthy Aging Wellness Day — and YOU'RE INVITED!

Engaging presentations with guest speakers on healthy aging, mindfulness, bone health, dementia, elder abuse and power of attorney, life long learning and living well at home
Gentle fitness and chair yoga demos to keep you moving
