According to a survey of 2000 adults, 1 in 9 think the kitchen is the “heart of the home” because it meets their needs and provides space to spend time with family and friends.
73% of those surveyed enjoy cooking at least sometimes, with half saying that cooking a meal is just as — if not more — fun than eating it.
Isn’t it funny how it’s usually the smallest room in the house and yet, it is where you usually find a crowd!
When people have others over, respondents said they spend plenty of time together in the living room or dining room.
Furthermore, one in seven cherish the times they spend with loved ones in the kitchen.
